Backpacks of food first started going home to the Middle School student in April 2019  This was made possible by the very generous support of South Baptist Church.

The congregation donated the remaining money necessary to begin the program for their neighboring school.  South Baptist Church has continued to partner with Blessings in a Backpack-Carman Ainsworth.  Thank you for the people who made this possible and hope you will continue to partner with us and nurture the students of your community.
